Our 3D sculpted commissions are where Olivero began. Every piece is modelled digitally from the ground up — a coin, a pendant, a relief — then cast in precious metal and finished by hand. It is the same discipline we use to turn a custom sketch design into a wearable piece of jewellery.

THE DESIGN

Made for one person. Never repeated.

Many clients come to us with an heirloom piece and want to transform it into a wearable pendant, brooch, or signet ring. Our 3D sculpting practice is built for exactly this — we rebuild the artwork as a precision sculpt, optimize the relief for the body, and cast it in solid gold or silver.

Every sculpt is reviewed in a resin or wax model proof before precious metal is committed. Relief depth, undercuts, and finishing are all decided with the piece in hand, not on a screen.

Because the digital master is preserved, future commissions — anniversaries, christenings, presentations — can be produced from the same sculpt with perfect consistency.

The Process

Source artwork

An existing piece, a drawing, a photograph, or a brief written from scratch.

3D sculpt

Built in CAD/CAM to jeweller's tolerances — relief depth, undercuts, and detail tuned for casting.

Resin proof

A carved wax model or a 3D-printed model is reviewed by hand before any precious metal is poured.

Cast & finish

Lost-wax cast in gold or sterling silver, hand-finished and assembled.
