CUSTOM NAME PLATE
Your name, rendered in gold
The piece that carries who you are.
A name plate is the most personal pendant we make. Drawn from your own handwriting — or from a typeface chosen for you — and cut in solid gold to a weight you will actually feel around your neck.
THE DESIGN
Made for one person. Never repeated.
The name plate is having a quiet renaissance. Worn correctly — in real gold, on a chain that holds its weight — it is one of the most distinctive pieces a woman can own. Done badly, it looks like a souvenir. Done well, it becomes an heirloom.
We work from your handwriting, a loved one's handwriting, or a typeface we design with you. Every plate is hand-finished so the letterforms read cleanly at every angle, and every chain is calibrated to the weight of the piece so it sits correctly on the collarbone.
Plates can be produced in solid 14k or 18k yellow, rose, or white gold. Diamonds can be flush-set into letters for an anniversary or milestone piece.
